    We are pleased to provide the following services to assist you:

      ONLINE PAYMENTS

      When your vehicle service is completed, your Service Advisor will send you a text message with the details of the work completed and a link to submit your payment online. When you return to pick up your vehicle from service, our team will receive a notification that you have arrived and will begin retrieving your vehicle before you exit your loan car. If you prefer not to pay online in advance, our service cashier will be pleased to assist you.

        TEST DRIVE AND PURCHASE FROM HOME

        We will bring the vehicle shopping experience to you. Our associates are available to help you shop online, bring a vehicle to you for a test drive, and complete final delivery and paperwork at your home or office.

          PICK UP AND DELIVERY

          Our associates are available to drop off a loan car at your home or office and pick up your vehicle for service. While our technicians service your vehicle, your Service Advisor will provide you with regular status updates. Once your service is completed, we will wash your vehicle and return it to you.

            ENHANCED SAFETY MEASURES

            We are employing the following measures to maintain a clean and safe environment with the exceptional customer care you have always trusted:
            • Please assist us in practicing safe social distancing by maintaining a distance of 6 feet between yourself and others.
            • Our cleaning crews are frequently cleaning and disinfecting our facilities.
            • We are cleaning high-touch surfaces within each vehicle prior to returning it to each customer.
            • We have asked all employees to wash hands frequently and noted that hand washing should occur with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
            • Masks are required in Dallas County. Masks will not be monitored by our team.
            • Most importantly, we require that those who are not feeling well or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 please not enter our facilities and contact us via phone or email instead.
